Paying Your Bill | Student Accounts Office
The Student Accounts Office collects all student tuition and fee charges and is also responsible for disbursement of financial aid or other funds owed to students. Questions regarding your invoice, account status, third party payments, or issues in paying your college bill, should be directed to the Student Accounts Office at 781-239-2540 or email@example.com.
Billing Due Dates
FALL SEMESTER: Bills are due August 1.
SPRING SEMESTER: Bills are due December 15.
WINTER INTERSESSION and SUMMER SESSION: Bills are due two weeks prior to the start of the session.

Making a Payment
We have made paying your bill easier, as students can now pay via ach through the Nelnet Processing Center.

Student Health Insurance
Specific benefit questions regarding your student health insurance coverage can be directed to BCBS at (888) 753-6615.

Form 1098-T Tax Information
皇冠线上官网 is required to provide copies of the Form 1098-T to any student who paid qualified educational expenses in the preceding tax year. Qualified expenses include tuition, any fees that are required for enrollment, and course materials the student was required to buy from the school. To print a copy of your 1098-T tax form, visit: http://heartland.ecsi.net and follow the steps below. Please note that you must enable pop-ups to view your statement.
- Select Find your Tax Document, followed by I need my 1098-T Tuition tax statement
- Enter Massachusetts Bay Community College from the school search menu and submit
- Input your name, social/tax id, and zip code that are on file with the college
- Proceed to select/view/print your form 1098T
Please note that your 1098T can’t be generated if you have not provided 皇冠线上官网 with your social security number or tax identification number. To view this information, please lookup in your Bay Navigator account under: Self Service > Campus Personal Information > Demographic Information.
