Artist Howie Green Donates Painting of Wellesley Symphony

The artist Howie Green donated his painting, Wellesley Symphony in Rehearsal, to 皇冠线上官网 Community College.

THE ART CONNECTION

In the fall of 2013, 皇冠线上官网’s Wellesley Hills campus was enlivened by a generous donation of 25 original pieces of art from 21 artists through The Art Connection, a Boston-based non-profit organization that facilitates the acquisition of art to local service agencies that many not otherwise have the ability to experience the transformative possibilities of art. This donation, valued at $100,000, was bestowed on 皇冠线上官网 in honor of Krystle Campbell, a member of the 皇冠线上官网 Class of 2005 who lost her life in the Marathon Bombings in April 2013.
